Where is my order?

Once your item is dispatched you will receive an email to your inbox (don't forget to check your junk).  All orders are dispatched with 24h or 48h Royal Mail delivery. 

For UK and international orders the email will contain a tracking number.  Check your parcel's journey here.

I've received the wrong item

If you have received the wrong item contact us here or send an email to support@swansuk.co.uk.

Can i make an order via telephone?

Unfortunately we only accept orders made via our website. 

My discount code isn't working

Please be aware that discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes.  All discount codes also have an expiry date. 

If your discount code is still not working please email support@swansuk.co.uk

How do i make a return?

If you would like to return an item please email support@swansuk.co.uk who will send you a returns label.

Can i return a sale item?

Unfortunately we do not accept returns for sale items as per our returns policy.

How long do i have to return an item?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.  

Please note we only refund products that have not been worn in the water and remain in a saleable condition. 

I've worn my goggles in the water but they don't fit, can i return them?

Unfortunately we don't accept returns for any products worn in the water.  Please ensure you are happy with your goggles before you go swimming!

Can i exchange an item?
