E-gift cards will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are excluded from our returns policy.

DELIVERY CHARGES

In the UK and mainland Europe we use Royal Mail.  All our shipments are sent by 48 hour tracked mail in the UK. For international shipments we use other carriers. Our standard fees are:

• UK Mainland: £4.99
• Isle Of Man & Channel Islands: £9.99
• EU: £24.99
• Rest Of World: £39.99

* Please note international shipments may incur additional import tax or other handling charges on arrival.

30 DAY FREE RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of items used in water.  This includes items used in fresh, salt or chlorinated water.
